1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Daakverify ("the Service"), a product of Akshata Digitech, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Daakverify provides email address verification through a multi-layer pipeline including syntax checks, DNS/MX resolution, disposable domain detection, and SMTP probing. Results are returned as deliverability signals — not guarantees of inbox delivery.
3. Acceptable Use
You may only verify email addresses you have a legitimate business reason to contact. You may not use the Service for spam, harassment, or any unlawful purpose. Abuse of rate limits or the API is grounds for immediate termination of access.
4. Credits and Billing
Free-plan users receive a limited credit allocation. Paid plans are billed in advance. Credits are non-refundable once consumed. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days notice.
5. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy on all address classifications. We are not liable for decisions made based on verification results.
6. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
