Refund Policy

1. Overview
Akshata Digitech offers refunds on credit purchases made through Daakverify under the specific conditions outlined in this policy. We process all refunds through the original payment method via PhonePe Payment Gateway within 5–7 business days of approval.
2. Eligible Refunds
You may be eligible for a full or partial refund in the following cases:
- —Unused credits within 7 days: If you have not consumed any credits from a purchase and request a refund within 7 days of the transaction date, you are eligible for a full refund.
- —Partial usage within 7 days: If you have consumed some but not all credits within 7 days, you may request a refund for the value of the unused credits.
- —Duplicate payment: If you were charged more than once for the same order due to a payment gateway error, the duplicate charge will be refunded in full.
- —Service failure: If a technical failure on our end caused credits to be deducted without a verification being performed, those credits will be restored or refunded.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- —Credits that have already been consumed against verification requests.
- —Refund requests made more than 7 days after the purchase date.
- —Dissatisfaction with verification results where the service functioned as intended. Daakverify provides deliverability signals, not guaranteed inbox delivery.
- —Accounts suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email us at support@daakverify.com with the subject line "Refund Request — [your registered email]". Include:
- —Your registered email address
- —PhonePe Payment Gateway Payment ID or transaction reference
- —Date of purchase and amount paid
- —Reason for the refund request
We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and communicate a decision within 5 business days.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed through PhonePe Payment Gateway to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking, or wallet). Depending on your bank or payment provider, the amount may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account after we initiate the refund.
6. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of Daakverify after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
